Workflow Manager provides standard print capabilities-that is, the information you see on the screen is what is printed out on your local or network printer. Printing commands are accessed from the Print menu and the Print toolbar.

To print the contents of a folder in the Folder Tree, open the folder to display the list in the Information Viewer and then use the Print command to print the list. If the list is long, it's a good idea to use the Print Preview feature to see how much information will fit on the page using your current page layout settings.
